We are currently looking for dynamic financial professionals to be a part of our Human Resources Business Partner team at The Principal Financial Group. As a member of this team, you have the ability to directly impact talent management strategies and overall business unit success through the following:
-Create and execute the human capital strategy for our Wellness, Corporate Systems Support, Marketer Services, and Project Office Working Group, in partnership with business leaders.
-At a macro level, identify trends and obstacles preventing the unit from reaching their strategic goals and use your problem solving skills to overcome those challenges.
-Ensure the organizational talent is in the right job at the right time to meet strategic goals.
|-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus at least two years HR Business Partner experience. That experience would include strong experience in strategy/planning, compensation, development, talent management, and leadership.
-Must be able to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders.
-Strong strategic thinking/planning and decision-making skills with high level of diagnostic and analytical skills required.
-Expert communication, facilitation and presentation skills required.
-Some travel may be required.
