Responsibilities:

The Individual Life Risk Management Team has an open position that will support the divisions risk management and modeling functions. This position will develop an expertise with respect to all of the life division's products, business strategy and modeling. This position will be responsible for supporting the modeling of long term financial projections, asset liability management, internal capital modeling, risk metrics and risk reporting, ad hoc risk management projects and regulatory requirements such as AG38, Principles Based Reserves and cash flow testing. Additionally, this person will have the opportunity to work with all of the other functions within Individual Life Actuarial, including Financial Reporting, Capital Management, Inforce Management and Product Development/Pricing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in math, actuarial science, finance, or related field required. - 2+ years of actuarial work experience required.- Must have strong technical capabilities and aptitude in modeling, problem solving and analysis.- Ability to communicate with the various functional teams and understand the projects that utilize the models.- Proficiency with spreadsheet and database or similar PC software packages.
