In this role, you will provide accurate, courteous, and timely service to customers regarding the New Dental Choice Plan. Provide support and team work to the Customer Service Team. Provide training and assistance to new and existing members in the Customer Service department. Handle more complex or difficult situations when assisting customers.
|-High school education, plus a minimum of 2 years office experience required.
-Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
-Call center experience is preferred.
-Sales training preferred.
-Strong phone and data entry skills preferred.
-Bachelors Degree preferred.
-Good organizational, problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
-Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
-Work experience in the Dental industry strongly preferred.
-Knowledge of SalesLogix preferred.
