|In this role, you will:
-Manage content for the Principal Financial Group websites, including designing layouts and maintaining existing content.
-Provide input on the digital strategy and goals for the global websites, mobile website, e-mail marketing campaigns and social media.
-Participate in usability testing, which may include developing prototypes and protocols, moderating tests, creating reports and providing recommendations based on test results.
-Responsibilities will also include interaction with marketing, product, and compliance groups to create content that supports the overall digital strategy.
|-Bachelor's degree in related field plus 4-6 years related experience required.
-Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing Communications, Journalism, plus 4-6 years related experience preferred.
-Excellent planning/organizational, problems solving, presentation, and analytical skills required.
-Strong decision-making skills required, and knowledge of business unit and company products preferred.
-Require excellent maintenance of confidentiality, with oral and written, listening, accuracy and detail orientation, and time management skills required.
