 As an Analyst you will partner closely with our distribution and marketing teams.  You will provide critical data integration support to help our teams uncover new opportunities and strategies. If you enjoy working through data and solving business problems than this is the role for you!

Business Intelligence is ever changing in this role and currently includes but is not limited to:                                                                                                                   

  • Data Stewardship
  • Data Mining
  • Analysis
  • Statistical Modeling


  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent experience required
  • 1+ years of related work experience with analytics. 
  • Knowledge of working with large databases and visualization tools (SAS70, Power BI, etc.). 
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, math, and statistical skills and demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to understand the importance of definitive data and the ability to persist in ensuring the appropriate source.
  • High degree of commitment to quality deliverables. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication and being a team player. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of company business unit products, customers, and investment knowledge.


This position may be located in Des Moines, IA or Folsom, CA.
